my problem is my pelvis i was meant 2 go for my appointment 2 day with the physio but i couldnt get in due 2 problems occuring at the hospital no-one was allowed near the maternity ward due 2 explisions happening near it(scotland) so i wasnt seen this would hvae been my first appointment with the physio and my pelvis feels like its gettin worse cause i could walk earlier on but now am finding it hard 2 even do that my problem with my pelvis is i think it is softening and probally will collapse or split if it doesnt get seen 2 soon .is there anything i can take 2 ease the pain a bit without takin medication? i am 33weeks pregnant with my first and the hospital says they may not be open for a few more days

They make pelvic support belts. The go around your hips and hold them in. If you can't get one, try an ace bandage to relieve the pressure

You can take Tylenol while your pregnant. Its the safest thing on the market if you take the recommended dosage. I hope you start feeling better soon.
