Spirits inhibit land and family homes, no matter if the building is gone, or they our our great, great, great (etc.) grand-daddy 10 times removed. They do not mean harm. It may have been just a simple, hey how are ya? or a more serious wake up to reality! Either way, there is no harm intended. He was either in their realm, or visited for a moment for ant number of reasons.

it was probably a showdow person. They can only be seen in dark places or when its dark. Some are evil and some can be friends.

It should not matter what others thing about your brothers encounter with the supernatural... If what you say really happen then it really happen and what others think about it will never change that fact............................................................ Now if you need help ask for help... But to ask what others think will not stop it from happening again.... Also what happen to your family member my never happen to them so again what does it matter what they think....................................
