VSGN peaked at $130 in 2000 right after it IPO'd. It ranged between 20-60 since. However, it got beaten up in June last year and now its range is 2.30 to 7 bucks. Unless this stock breaks above 4.70 and even better 5.50, it's going to continue to range between 1.56 and 4.68. A break below 2.30 will lead it to 1.56.
Same story with ALT. It peaked at 8.3125 after it debut in 2000. Again in June of 2005 it has ranged in between 32 cents all the way to a recent low of a nickel. Had you bought it down there you would have doubled your money today since it hit 10 cents. Again, it needs to break above 12 cents to see 15 cents and 18 cents. Only a major break above 32 cents will lead to 50cents.
NPLA again, the same story. Where are you getting these leads? Debutted in Nov '00, peaked June '01 at almost $18, then promptly tanked to its current range of 1-3 dollars. From its May low of 80cents it's climb to 2.66 today. That's a triple double and will look to see a ceiling around 2.75 or 3.15. Once past that, that is IF it does, it has 4.20 to get past before it will be allowed to 6.25. Of all three, this is most promising, but I'd wait for it to pull back first before getting in. But you may not have much to pull back to if the stock find buyers. 2.34 would be a good entry, 1.95 is better if it goes back down that far in this run. If you're in here I'd get out if it gets below 1.56.
Good luck. Oh, disclaimer: just my best guess.

Penny stocks are OTC stock shares and not regulated by the SEC. Many people have simply been ripped off. The company was a fake or a total loser. You may not make it pass the corporation executive skips to some Island with every bodies funds. Penny stocks is where these stories come from. Because their not regulated, their company could be made up. If you don't know the company by personal fact, it's like buying a house you never seen in another State.

I will put $2000 in a broad market tracker (SPY) today, and watch your question. If ANY of those three outperform the market, I'll send you a FREE dollar! That'll be way more than you'll earn investing on "positive info". Think about it, who do you think is providing the "positive info", LOL!

i looked up VSGN, no ones seems interested in their options, actually all 3 of them look sketchy to me and i would stay away from all of them that is like throwing 2000 down the drain trust me i been there. Consider options on a stock in a higher price range an option on google good until august with a strike of 540.00 is..

get a book on investing with 100 dollars. i never heard of those 3 stocks. warren buffet wouldnt invest in them cause he doesnt know their business. the dogma of investing for the long term well thats poor advice. what are you planning to do with the stock, ride it out till you get old. the stock market is like gambling, know when to go in and out.

It doesn't matter. The commissions on a short term $2000 trade will kill any profit.

If you only have $2,000.00 USD then you should not buy stocks.
I suggest you to invest in ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds)
