About 1 a.m. if you want to wait it out. There's no set time to let you in.

It's a public street so you can get there whenever you like. I've heard stories of people camping out from 5 pm the day before just so they can be up close and personal.

As far as I know, there is no "opening time" but just get there when you get there.
