You have to pay your bills so other people can stay employed. The not paying of bills will eventually get you in trouble. Your things can be reposed (house, car, major appliances), you will be denied credit (I hope they are not using those credit cards to buy groceries!) your utilities will be turned off (hope you don't live in TX - no Air Condition would really suck!). Long story short. You may get away with it for a while but in the long run you (your relatives) need to get your finances and spending under control.

Are your aunt and uncle homeless? If they aren't, then how in the world they get electricity, water, calls from your family, and a place to live. Those are bills that we all have to pay. Nothing is free in this world. So, in your dreams that your aunt and uncle are living in a rent-free environment.
