For breaskfast, I generally have a bowl of cereal and a piece of fruit.
For lunch, I just had a tuna sandwich on wheat, with lowfat yogurt and a granola bar. I vary my lunch (can't eat too much tuna!), but it's something like this every day. Somedays maybe it's a peanut butter sandwich on wheat with an apple and some vegetable chips, or baby carrots with low fat ranch dip, a banana, and cottage cheese.
For supper, I pretty much eat whatever my partner eats, without worrying TOO much about calories. Grilled chicken, peas, and rice is one of my favorites. Or I'll eat spaghetti and mince up vegetables in the sauce to add some nutrition. or taco salad, with lean ground beef, lowfat chips, and LOTS of lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese!
Plus you gotta snack! Yogurt, granola bars, apple, oranges, bananas, plums, strawberries, peaches, kiwi, peanut butter, lowfat pudding, vegetable chips, baby carrots, cheese cubes, cottage cheese...all great! I find that I feel better if I eat a fairly light breakfast and lunch, with an average supper, and 2 or 3 snacks a day.

I also have a small kichen but that doesn't stop me do meat, potatoes and 2--3 other vegetables every night so I can't accept you don't have enough room if you have an oven. As for having Lobster that is ridiculous as they are expensive find out the price for one and then how many sausages, cheap steaks, dear steak, chicken drums you can buy for that amount of cash I look for cutting back on some things and spash out on others if I want a good steak I will get a smaller one and perhaps a no meat meal the following night. Next time you have mince, make a stew with mashed potatoes and if you have leftovers do tacos the following night adding the correct seasonings you are used to Chetak

For breakfast.. Oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon... raisin toast and a bowl of cereal.
Lunch.. Macaroni and cheese is verrry good for you(lots of calcium), turkey sandwichs with lettuce, macaroni salad, regular salads..
Dinner.. Chicken breast baked at 350 for 1 hour in italian dressing with green beans and a potato or rice
Chef salad (lettuce, tomato, carrots, turkey, cheese, dressing)
Tomato soup and grilled cheese
Tomato soup with macaroni noodles
Thats some of the things i like to eat... I have many recipes but the others are more complicated and kinda fatty (meat loaf, country fried steak, fried chicken strips, ect.)
And for tomato soup if you like it make it with milk and not water and it is a excellent source of calcium epecially with grilled cheese. You need the calories for you baby.. but most of that stuff isn't really as fatty as it sounds. I'm 32 weeks and 3 days and have only gained 10 pounds so far.

Stock up on those Healthy Choice meals. There are lots to choose from... from Four Cheese Manacotti to Country Herb Chicken... and they don't taste like most frozen meals. They have flavor. About $2.50 per meal, I think. Smaller portions than most restaraunts but for that price you can stock up your whole freezer and make as many as you want. They take about 6 mins each to microwave which saves time, and if you get fatigued like I do, time is energy and energy is everything. Hope I helped!

Try quinoa. It's a whole grain that's a lot like rice but with a different texture and TONS more nutrition - it's one of the superfoods. You can find it in health food stores and it cooks up really fast.
I like to pop in some boullion to the box directions and serve with any meat that drips juices, like roast chicken pieces. It also makes a nice pilaf. It mixes very well with vegetables like broccoli or spinach, toss with some olive oil and lemon juice. So good for you and the baby!
Breakfasts can include smoothies, english muffins with nuts in them (top with jam or ham and cheese), yogurt with Grape Nuts, Cheerios with fresh bananas and berries, scrambled eggs with salsa and juice.
