Good question!
Platinum metal has a hardness of 4-4.5 on the Moh's scale, however it's stability and melting point are incredible.
Diamonds have a 10 on the hardness scale, but is less stable, especially when heated.
As for terms of durability, diamonds are more durable, however because they're so hard, they tend to be brittle. Platinum is softer and more malable.
Oh, and to 'human meat' you're talking about tungsten carbide.

Diamond is the hardest. Platinum is a very soft metal.

platinum is more durable in terms of stability under heat. Diamond is harder hence stronger under compressive forces whilst platinum is more durable under tensile forces as it is malleable. So shaa, it depends on the conditions under which you'll be testing these two.

diamonds are stronger but platinum is strong than gold or silver. that's why they use platinum to secure diamonds in place

It depends on what exactly you mean by stronger.
Diamonds are harder (not going to scratch)
Platinum is tougher (takes more energy to fracture it)--diamond's have only fair toughness
You might also mean tensile or compressile or shear strength or something like that.
