I don't think you really start feeling anything until about 3 - 4 weeks after conception. That's when I felt it, severly tired, constipated (I'm normally very regular). I forced myself to wait until I was a week late before taking a test then took the test and did a blood test just to be positive. Good Luck and remember to have fun even when you're not ovulating!

Me and my husband have been tiring for 4 years to conceive and the two things I have learn ed, is that you can't let you're self think about it to much cuz it would happen and u'll drive you're self nuts. Second thing my doc say those test are crap. She said every 2nd day have sex and it will happen. It would also be a good idea to get some test done to see want you're chances really are before spending money on those test .

No.
You would just now be 'getting pregnant' if you ovulated a week ago. It can take up to a week for a fertilized egg to implant itself into the uterine lining. I know you're excited, but don't jump the gun. Try to relax, when it's time, it's time. Good luck!!!

Pregnancy tests do not give falso positives, so if it said yes then you were pregnant when you took the test. Other than that, just feel lucky that you aren't feeling different, and hope it stays that way! It's completely normal.

maybe not at a week along.... the fertilized egg takes that long to implant (if it does). some women start to feel symptoms from about 6 weeks on.
