By asking "closing" questions like,
1.How would you like it delivered ma'am?.
2.Would you prefer the red sedan or the black coupe model sir?.
3.Cash will be great sir, shall I draw up the contract now?
A positive answer to those kind of questions is a sure sign of a consummated sale.

It is all about bargaining. Ask high. The buyer will ask low. Then you negotiate.
