Im confused the usb will not fit in my ds so if i put it in my computer how will i be able to play a game such as animal crossing? i am just confused about the hole thing. can someone please explain it to me?

The Wi-Fi USB Connector uses your broadband connection to connect your DS online wirelessly.
First, you must install the disc that came with the Connector. The installation will guide you step by step on how to install it. Do not plug the Connector into the computer before installing the disc!!
After having installed, you should be able to see a Wi-Fi Connection icon in the Windows task tray, near the computer's clock. When you connect to Wi-Fi in a Wi-Fi enabled game (such as Animal Crossing), you will have to find the option to configure your Wi-Fi settings. One of the options in this menu is to connect to your Connector. Do that, and make sure the connection goes through successfully. You will have to double click the icon on your computer, then right click your name, and "Grant Access". Then, you should be able to go back and connect!

The Nintendo Wi-fi USB Adaptor sends out a signal from your computer and accepts the wireless signal from your DS. It works like a router would, but it uses your computer's internet and it will only work for the Nintendo DS and the Wii.

You don't need to insert it into your DS. Basically, you run the software (CD) install it, and insert the Wi-Fi adaptor into your computer. You turn on your Nintendo DS system, get a game that's Wi-Fi compatible, go to the Wi-Fi menu, and connect to the Wi-Fi adaptor. On the software on your computer, you grant permission to connect, and you should be all set. :) So you don't need to insert anything in your DS, it has the ability to magically connect without any cords or wires.

You have to connect the usb on your computer. Turn on your ds and go to your wifi section. Depending on your game, you should have a section where you can choose your wifi connection. Go there and choose "usb connection" or something like that. Your ds will then connect wirelessly to your usb, which will connect to the internet through your computer.

u put it in the usb port on your computer then it will work
