Is it possible to remove ADSENSE later from my site if I want?

Just do the opposite of what you did when you installed Adsense i.e. remove the html code from your website. You can install or remove it at will, it is totally up to you.

Of course. You have no obligation to any services on the web in terms of staying with them unless in the contract it says otherwise (cancellation fees, etc...)
