a custodian to look over my account. I made all my own money and i want to put it into a swiss bank account. But all the stuff i buy and my money is controled by my parent's, is this correct?

Get yourself emancipated. You have to in effect "divorce" your parents. I'm sure if you have a billion dollars a lawyer would be happy to help you on the promise that when you do control your own money you would pay him/her a certain amount.

As a minor, you cannot make your own financial decisions unless you apply to the courts to "emancipate" you. Otherwise, a custodian looks after everything for you.

You would need a payee unless you petitioned to become legally emancipated.

umm you sound like a 12 year old kid acting like someone else beause he is bored so instead of asking these pointless questions you should think of a way to really earn that money :)
