me and my parents are going on vacation to mississippi and i was wondering if i could drive out of state with only a junior license

nope, sorry different states have different laws about driving and a lot of states dont even acknowledge a learners license

The conditions of your license do not change just because you are travelling. If you can drive on that license where you live, you can also in Mississippi.

since you r still under age no you can not not untill you get you full license
