hey i have pokemon diamond and im in the union room my friend code is 4983 2007 7007 my pokemon name is shadow im in the room where outside the door their is i a giant pokeball with circles all around it ok bye!!! and does union room only work with people in you'r pal pad?

Union room is local connection. You can physically see the people you can play with.
Pokemon basement is for the wifi battles.
