Any time sperm comes in contact with the vagina there is a chance of pregnancy, regardless of birth control, penetration or menstruation!!!
YES, you can get pregnant while using any form of birth control, or any combination, but birth control significantly lowers your chances, especially when using more than 1 type. (Example: the pill & condoms)
YES, you can get pregnant if you have unprotected sex or protected sex while on your period. Though it does lower the possibility while menstruating and even more so with birth control.
YES, you can get pregnant WITHOUT penetration. Semen need only come in contact with the vagina or even sometimes near the vagina!
YES, pre-ejaculate (pre-***) contains semen! You can get pregnant even if the male does not ejaculate inside you!
YES, even during anal sex if semen/sperm leaks from the anus on or near the vaginal opening there is a chance of pregnancy. It is much harder to become pregnant that way but not impossible.

Withdrawl and similar type techniques are the least reliable forms of contraception. Sex = Chance of pregnancy trust me whatever you do or use.

Even if he um, masterbated before sex, but he still penetrated you (even if he didn't go all the way in, and even if he didn't ejaculate in you) yes, you could still get pregnant. There could still have been fluid (ejaculate/sperm, whatever you'd like to call it) on him when he did go in you from when he masterbated, and when he was hard and ready to go the second time, there could have been pre-ejaculate that contained sperm that could come out.
Nothing is 100% except not having sex.

yep even if u didnt come theres still prec u m or he might have left over c um from when he masterbated rember the only sure way to prevent pregnancy is to not have sex and if u must use at least two types of birth control ( unless theres a condom on withdrawl doesnt count) good luck

You can get pregnant with the "pull-out" method, if he comes just outside of your vagina and if he's not all the way in, if you dont want to get pregnant use the pill and a condom, good luck.

Blokes make a little amount of natural lubricant as soon as he has an erection. This fluid contains sperm which can make you pregnant. Plus what's to stop him cuming again and again. I know i can.
