Nothing there really isnt anything you can do just try to get your mind off of it.. by doing something fun.. its heathly to want to cry about it but not if you get really depressed!

Support both your parents and realize that they split because of what was happening or not in their relationship and it had nothing to do with you. It is natural that you'd feel a bit depressed because your life will change a lot because of this divorce also. But fact of life is that they must have done it for themselves and perhaps even to protect you so be happy that you still have two parents, although not living together. There are many others who are not even aware of who their parents are, so things could be worse. Hopefully you'll start feeling better shortly and have a great relationship with both parents.

Your parents made a decision that was best for them before matters got worse and you would have felt the buff of it.

Your parents fell out of love with each other ,not with you. In time you will come to see that they are happier when they are apart.

It is ok to feel down, it is only normal that you feel that way. Hopefully with time you to will recover. Good Luck

The smart @ss in me says to start drinking. But you need to just chill and make sure thet your parents don't make you try to take sides.

They loved each other once and you were one of the amazing results of that love. Remind them of that.

Cry if you need to, it's ok. Be sad for a little while. Talk to each of them and tell them you are sad about their divorce. They will tell you that it's just something that had to happen.

Truly, I wish you the best of luck.

Im not sure how old you are, but if a young'un, go to a school counselor. It's not unnormal to be upset about the split, but it's a slippery slope of worry.

Find Something that makes you happy, for me it's talking to my friends.
So if you want someone to talk to, Im here

Show everyone how damaged and desperate for attention you are by getting in lots of trouble all the time and blame it on your parents divorce.

Nothing you can do about the divorce but you can do something for yourself, get a counselor to help you past it.

First of all, take a deep breath and don;t feel guilty. It wasn't your fault. It was the devil. He did it. Pray to Jesus for healing power.
