What is the most important thing or things that you would tell someone who is considering it? (i.e. questions to ask, etc.)
Or if you have a good story of buying/selling (gone wrong or right).

This sounds like a terrible idea. Horses aren't cars or books. If you're buying, you have no way of checking what environment the horse was kept in or any abuse it received. If you're selling, you have no way of checking that the buyer has a sufficient level of knowledge, appropriate funds and resources, space, or temperament to keep a horse. They can tell you whatever they want over the Internet. This setup sounds dangerous for the horse itself.

you must go meet the horse in person so to speak. Also have the vet you will be using or even a local horse vet check it out. it will cost you but better to be safe than sorry. because some people give the animals medicine to make them act happy and healthy.
