The magpie answer was interesting- I had not heard that one before. Bonobo apes have sex in all sorts of positions. You got the dolphin and whale answer. If we don't delve into the invertebrate kingdom, and stick with larger animals... hmm... eagles. Eagles will mate while holding each others' talons in the air. Hummingbirds may face each other as well, also airborne. Seahorses- I observed that once. They face each other, do a dance, and then mate, with the male wrapped around the female, but facing her with his snout. Quite erotic and lovely.

Bonobos do (and often, jeez).
Dolphins and whales are also belly to belly, but not exactly face to face, more like chin to chin. Some more come to mind, but the variation in sex practices is endless as soon as you leave the legged creatures. There is sex where you shoot your partner with a semen-laden arrow (some marine snails, and the partner does shoot back), there is multi-tentacle-wrestling (squid) or even politely hovering alongside each other without touching (many fish).

The poor male Preying Mantis gets to see the females' face as soon as he's 'come', because she turns around and EATS HIM, literally, every bit of him.
(We Marines, whilst on active service in the Borneo jungle, used to watch them (no! not as a voyeur!) and as soon as the male had finished, we'd separate them and let the male go to have at least another 'shag' before he died! We were probably interfering with nature, but it made us feel better for obvious reasons!!).

Snakes I think do in a wrap round kind of a way.
Magpies definitely do. The males turn the female over on the ground and stand on their wings. At it in my garden all the time.
There are creatures with sex organs on their heads. Might be slugs and snails but not to sure.
