Probably. If you're under warranty. You'll have to talk to the manufacturer about getting it replaced, etc etc.

Is your warranty more than 6 months?
If not:
Do you have any record of your complaints? Calls to the support line, E-mails etc. to show that this was a pre-existing problem?
You can demand whatever you want. That does not mean that you are going to get it. If you have a faulty product do not wait until after the warranty runs out to get it fixed.

Depends, did you call them initially when you first started having trouble? As long as there is a record of it then perhaps it would be covered even if the warranty has run out. YOu will need to go back where you got it to find out.

Check for the warranty... if you still have it, then you better change a new one...
Call your computer administrator for more information, but i'd suggest that when you exchange for a new one, tell them they'd better promise that it will work this time because you're troubled for 1/2 year already... if not, i guess you better get your refunds if you can..

You can demand a new laptop if you have a warranty on it, but a new motherboard will solve your problems.

If it's still under warranty, call the vendor and request an RMA.
