Sleep! Good, solid, uninterrupted sleep. That's what I would do!

I used to have the same problem. For some reason when I have too much time, I end up doing mischief or end up spending money on things that I really don't need.

So, I started to do volunteer work at the hospital, and it's helping me a lot. I'm learning a lot of new things, meeting a lot of cool friends, and most of all I'm feeling really good about myself.

I'm single and don't have kids, so your situation might be different. If you have kids, spend time with them, build up their self esteem, and if you still have extra time after that, go for a walk, exercise . . . you'll feel much better about yourself, or better yet get a part time job.

Bottom line is, get an inventory of what you're needing right now, and allocate that extra resource (which is time) to attaining that need.

Nice soak in the tub, relax and read a good book then go out for a nice meal at a nice restaurant. Why not treat yourself with some down time.

i like to get a really good book, make me a steamy hot bubble bath, get a glass of wine and relax in the tub and read.

also you can close all the drapes and walk around naked and sing really loud. It's very liberating.

Organization is key to stress free environment, you could go through your clothes and organize them, you can organize photo's into an album, your shoes etc...yoga and Pilate's on tape is also a good relaxer.

Read a book outside.. if it's nice. Or rearrange your room. Try making a new food.. if you like trying new things. If you have pets... play with them! They would probly love that! Well I hope my ideas helped!
