Your point would apply if anyone thought Lance took steroids. But the substance that cyclists use is not anabolic steroids. It's epogen. Epogen is not a steroid and won't bulk you up. It makes your bone marrow crank out more red blood cells so your blood carries more oxygen. Increases endurance. Look it up if you don't believe me.

I understand that they never tested positive, so I would never convict them.
But my common sense tells me that the jump in performance (HRs and Tour wins) in unnatural.
Just an opinion.

Don't worry about what other people are saying. A lot of people like to make race an issue when it really has nothing to do with it, both black and white people. When you start comparing a black and white person and defend the black person, everyone else plays the race card. They are usually ignorant and don't know the whole story.

Barry Bonds cheated and knows it. But because of his dad, he is looked as a idol, even though he cheated and deserves none of his records. Lance has been cleared more than once on the matter.

No. You are not a racist. It's just that the French have it in for Americans, Lance has never been caught and has never admitted even the possibility, and Bonds is such a negative person, black or not, that most disagree with you. Get Lance or introduce new evidence that Bonds is good for kids (he refused to sign a jersey for an auction for kids because -- his words -- "I don't sign autographs for white people" -- and you may have a point. Otherwise, no one will listen.

Shortly - no.
But... though there is no proof that Bonds actually took steroids, I think it is obvious to the baseball world what the real truth is.
I am not so knowledgeable about the tour de france, nor do I care...but I was unaware that it was so widely thought that Armsrong took Steroids (other than those prescribed him for beating every cancer in the world)...

It doesn't matter whether your a racist or not, color of a person's skin always seems to attach it's self to whatever major issue is out there. We have no proof that either man cheated their way to all their accomplishments. There are more important things in life than baseball & cycling records. They are forms of enterainment, period! Do you really believe that only a couple of sport figures took the magic potion and that only they were able to unlock the great powers of steriods and break all these records. Let's be real, it is an ability your either born with or not. Not all of us are great athletically, and has much as we like to see these great sports figures reach great heights we love it just as much when they fall. We are sick like that.

Lance still has the same body type as he ever had and Barry has morphed into the incredible hulk when he went to San Francisco. You make your own decision. If it quacks and looks like a duck, it's a duck.

No you are a REALIST and an OBJECTIVE OBSERVER!
People seem to think taking performance enhancers only enhance body. Bikers take them for endurance and speed and Sprinters take them for more speed. When was the last time you saw a Hulk win the 100M sprint?

Yup, thinking a white guy and a black guy are cheaters makes you racist for sure. I can't think of anything else that could worse than this viewpoint. Shame on you...oh and just to let you know that was completely sarcastic.

I had not heard (haden't been looking) eather one admiting or proved they did anything, but no thats just a general statement, like the old joke "I'm not racist I hate everyone eaualy" thats not a general statment that's a stupid statement. Your statement has nothing to do with race.
