I was using this guy to make another guy jealous. I don't know if it was working. My brother told me that its stupid and I can't make someone like me if they don't like me and I am hurting someone else. I told him that I can if I wanted too and the boy was dumb enough to ask me out. He is always telling me that he is right. Is he immature? I think so and he is 14!! He should grow up by now.

It sounds like your brother is quite mature, and like you're the babyfied one.
Babies use others to their advantage without caring, but at least they don't know any better. I suggest you spend more time with your brother, he could be a good influence on you.

i think ur being stupid. ur brother is really smart and sensitive. ur the one who needs to grow up. u cant "use" people. that is horribly b!tchy. the other guy thinks that u really like him. and u cant make people like you, no matter how hard you try. u just have to deal with the fact that u arent the center of the universe and some people just dont like you. u cant always have and do whatever you want. u sound like a spoiled brat to me. u should be glad you have a brother who's such a good person.
