Your question is a statement of opinion. This is America and we are not subject to the whims of the masses. Not even the President. No trial has taken place and it cannot take place as there is something called executive privilige. Any impeachment that is brought forth will be countered with an impregnable defense. That is a real loser and here is why:when the case is presented and there turns out to be a rock hard defense, the powers of Congress will take a long term hit. Sour grapes at Clinton being impeached will get you nowhere.History has already begun to judge Clinton as a poor President.

Perhaps the Liberals in Congress hoping to be elected for the position of President do not need this kind of press. LOL
If Congress was that "uninformed" when the vote to invade Iraq occurred, that they could be lied to, who the heck's fault is that?
And some people want to elect a president that stupid?!

Martha Stewart didn't lie to the government; rather, she violated SEC regulations, which is a crime. Any lies she told about her securities violations merely added "perjury" to the list of charges.

George Bush
Dick Cheney
Condi Rice
shall I go on?
The thing is... when these guys go testify for any of the crimes they have been involved in, they make sure it's NOT under oath and behind closed doors. Therefore, unlike Mr. Clinton who tried the "oral sex is not sexual relations" defense...they can get away with it.

Don't forget impeaching Clinton for lying about cheating on his wife, but apparently lying about something that drags us into a war and cost thousands of lives and billions of tax dollars isn't anywhere near as bad as that.
Bill Clinton lied to special prosecutor Kenneth Star, not Congress. lying to congress and its reprocussions was worse
