I met Stone Cold Steve Austin at a college football game, which he attended with his friend Jim Ross, whom I also met and spoke with.
These guys love their fans and they're comfortable in the spotlight. They would take pictures with the fans, talk with them about football and wrestling, but they weren't all primadona about it or anything. They were down to earth, fun to talk to.
Austin was a gentleman--- he took off his hat when he talked to me, which I thought was funny. He's a Texan, after all!
Jim Ross was a real fan of this university. He said he postponed his overseas flight to England just to see the game from the sidelines!

Lets see some before and after WWF/WWE some during
Buddy Rose
Ultimate Warrior
Trish Stratus
Kane
Steve Williams( Dr.Death)
Matt Borne(aka Doink #1)
Jim Duggan
The Bushwackers(Sheepherders)
Rick Martel
Curt Hennig
Steve Lombardi (KimChee the time)
Ricky Steamboat
Raven (when he was scotty the body)
Went drinking with Steve (Doll) Dunn of Well/Dunn)
Not really superstars but
Howard Finkle
Earl Hebner
I think the funnest guys to meet were the bushwackers as they came up behind me and licked my face while a friend snapped a pic. Frigging gross but they were so nice afterward. I never did get a copy of it, though he has a poster of it on his closet wall).
I think the most interesting guy was Kane( Glenn Jacobs). I met him the night of the Snitsky/Lita baby incident. A true gentleman and very polite when we were introduced. Nothing like his character. If you have never had the pleasure of standing next to him picture looking up at the top of a door frame. I'm 5'7 1/2". The guy is flipping tall and has huge hands.

If by "met" you mean to have talked to and shook hands with, four. They were all friendly but Ivory was the friendliest. The others were Kane, Eric Biscoff(sp?) and Hillbilly Jim.
