he did not confess but he did show them where the body was. Now every one has him on death row and his trial just begain

He is innocent until proven guilty and thanks for asking the question. For all the people who have already found him guilty in there minds are the same people who believe everything they hear on television. I would say that the television people get about 15% of the right information. They keep going back to the interview with Nikki Giavasis and that custody battle and the accusastions she has made but have they ever checked into the ohio courts side of this battle? They gave Bobby custody of the girl stating that the court appointed lawyer for the child said that Nikki was too unstable and had moved the child around to much and that Bobby was better able to care for the child until a final decision was handed down from the judge. I don't know what happened that night but I do know Bobby is a good man and I can only pray that the truth will come out and justice will be served properly. I pray not only for the Davis family but also for the Cutts family.

Only the Lord can judge a person. The rest of us are spouting OPINIONS. My opinion is, anyone who kills the mother of their children, and his own unborn daughter, deserves the ultimate punishment. Mind you, I'm not interested in rehabbing this guy -- I'm more concerned with protecting the rest of us from guys like this.

Oh please! He showed them where the body was because that's where he put it. What an animal he is to kill the mother of his children in front of his toddler son. What a monster, he deserves no sympathy. I feel for his child who will be haunted by the murder of his mother by his father in front of him. Good luck. 2D

Let him out to abuse his kids, have all sorts of affairs, and then kill more women - but only arrest him if he's caught in the act??? Do you think she killed herself, rolled her own body up in a rug and drove her corpse miles away???? Get a grip on reality, will you?????

I am shocked at how many supporters this guy has. I am shocked at the insults this poor woman gets from people slating her and she is in fact the victum. Clearly there is already solid evidence against this guy or they would have not arrested him to begin with.

its just how we are. As soon as we hear he led them to the body we think he must be guilty...I mean...how did he know where she was burried.
