your best bet is to get a USB video capture device that plugs in to your usb port that enables you to connect a video device to it for a laptop you would probably wan't to find one that is bus powered so that no external power supply is needed. Hoever this will greatly reduce your laptop battery life. You can try something like this here :

The only problem is that using a video capture devcie for gaming there is usually a little delay from the game to the display making game play difficult but you can give it a shot.

i doubt it coz your laptop would require a vga plug and your playstation has audio video outputs. sorry mate.
