The last TWO times I went there, there was a peice of plastic in the dish. It looked kinda like a twisty tie. I talked to a friend of mine and she also has found that same item in her food at the Olive Garden. Anyone else?

Yeah, I did about 8 years ago......I was there with my family and some other relatives....I actually got a cut in my mouth from the plastic. They were pretty rude about the whole thing until my aunt said that I may need stiches....then all of a sudden they were very concerned. The manager came over and chatted up my family for like 20 mins, probably to make sure we didn't sue or whatever. I was fine but did write a nasty letter to their corporate office and to the BBB.

Nope, never have. I love Olive Garden!
If you don't like their food though, best bet is not to go back.
No hostess or server hates hearing something similar more. I once asked a guest while seating them at Logan's Roadhouse, "Have you ever been here before?" and she replied, "Well, hell, yeah, but the last time I did I got food poisoning." I just grinned and said, "Well, isn't that lovely?"
If you had a bad experience, eat somewhere else!

Yes, I have found plastic in my Olive Garden dish once. I had gotten the Shrimp Rotini and I told the manager that there was plastic in it. I got that meal for free.

no plastic but it sure takes a long time to get your food there. one guy was so upset it looked like he was getting ready to strangle the help.

I too have found foriegn materials in my food from there. I no longer frequent that establishment
