It's very likely you're hitting her cervix. This can be painful for some girls, and enjoyable for others. It means that you need to not thrust that deep if it's causing her pain. Either try to find a different position, or don't thrust so deep.

Try taking it easy in the beginning before thrusting deep and see how that works, as the vagina actually expands in length with arousal.

I would say you are thrusting too hard, too deep, too soon.
It takes some time for a woman's vagina to lubricate warm up and be as stretchy lengthwise as it needs to be to accomodate a longer larger male member. So slow down, take your time make your deeper thrusts more slowly so it doesn't cause her pain.

Four inches for every woman and it shouldn't hurt. make sure she's well lubricated and aroused and don't trust in like the devil is after you - you might be hitting her ovaries (so to speak) especially if you are well endowed. Let's not get carried away -try a shallow penetration before you go in completely. And there are many positions you can assume that can help you control how deep you go in.
