How old do you have to be to move into a condominium?

Because I really want to move out of my house with a close friend. Please tell me what age do they accept... I was hoping that I could move out when I finish graduating which is in 3 years because i'm going into grade 10. When I graduate I will be about 17, and my friend will be 18. Do you think that my 18 year old friend could apply for it, because she's 18, and then I will live with her because i'm only 17.

You have to be 18 to sign the contract. The friend could sign, and you could live there at 17.
