I got the mets cause they're younger. Jeter and A-rod will be done like 6 years. I rather have reyes the basestealer. Wright is the best 3rd basemen in baseball.

Id have to put Arod over Wright, and while Jeter may be a great clutch hitter and has all the rings, Reyes definitely has the better arm, the better range, and opposing teams see him as a much bigger threat, especially on the bases.
In fact the NY Daily News polled some GM's back in May before the first Subway series, and i believe something like 7-5 of the GM's said right now they would rather have Reyes.

These are both good match ups, but i would have to pick Jeter and A-rod over Reyes and Wright because A-rod is leading the A.L in HR and RBI's and Jeter is a veteran and has been good for a long time, But Reyes and Wright are young and will be the best after a-rod and jeter lose their touch or retire, but Wright and Reyes' are 2nd best, Wrights got a hot bat and makes no mistakes, while Reyes can steal and get their safetely everytime and is a bunt king.

Best looking: Wright and Reyes (just because David Wright is sooo adorable!)
Sorry. To answer your question:
Jeter and A-Rod. Jeter has consistently hit for a high average for his whole career. He can drive in runs, score runs, and steal a base every now and then.
A-Rod puts up monster numbers every year. Last year, people claimed he had a "bad" year. Bad, considering his standards: only 35 homeruns, 100+ RBIs....come on! Julio Lugo would kill half the population for those numbers!
However, Jeter and ARod are getting older, and Reyes and Wright are only 24. They're already putting up great numbers, and they're bound to get better. Reyes and Wright are the future!

ARod and Jeter. Hands down. Others have given you the statistics, but Jeter has the rings babay and he comes through in the clutch. Reyes and Wright might win a ring or two in the future, but right now, Jeter is the man. Anyone else (currently playing) besides Jorge Posada have as many rings as he does?

Arod makes it a no brainer. He blows Wright away(at this point).
Reyes is more productive than Jeter but not to the same extent as Arod over Wright. Jeter is the heart of the Yankees. What he brings to the table is more than stats and his stats are quite impressive as proven by his MVP type season a year ago and his equally impressive .335 avg 105 hits and 53 runs scored this year.

Jeter 338-5-39 and A-Rod 327-28-79 now but Reyes 317-4-34 and Wright 288-14-44 are the future. Just the additional years of Jeter and A-Rod in MLB have to give them the edge now, in numbers and ability.

Defensively, they are about the same. Both have great defensive left infields. Offensively, Jeter and A-Rod are better and you only need to look at the numbers (HR's, avg, RBI's., etc.) to see this is true.
If I had to take my pick, I would take Reyes and Wright. This may seem kind of odd (since I think Jeter and A-Rod are the better combination). They are great defensively, not bad offensively, and cost about a quarter of Jeter and A-Rod. Reyes and Wright are the more cost efficient choice and since baseball is a business, they are the better choice.

Reyes is better than Jeter
Arod is better than Wright
Arod is better than Wright by a bigger margin than Reyes is better than Jeter, so at this point you have to give the edge to the Yankees.
