I DONT WANT HIM TO MOW MY LAWN....MY LAWN LOOKS GREAT AND HIS SUCKS!

He's mowing your lawn for you - I wouldn't say anything.
It will grow back.

My first question would be why he came so far into your property line?...I could understand a lawnmowers width...Once...Then I would advise him where your property line is; maybe put in a small flag(like the ones utilities use) or a small stick...If you're on relatively good terms otherwise, you might want to explain that mowing at his mowers highest setting is better for his lawn...Grasses are one of those plants that like having their roots in shade, and their tops in full sun...So by mowing at a higher setting you help create shade for the roots...As for the damage to your lawn, water will be the key...water the damaged part once a day(maybe use a small amount of "starter" fertilizer...with normal mowing,and watering, otherwise, your lawn should recover in 2-3 weeks...

First, calm down a bit. Grass is like hair, you can even it out eventually. Once you cool down, I would most definitely let the neighbor know that the cut isn't appreciated.
Just count to ten before doing so!

It will grow back in a week. Don't make a fuss for such a small thing, approach him with a big smile and say:' Thank you but you should finish the job." He will understand and won't do it again. "Love thy neighbor"

I would simply tell him that while you appreciate the thought, his height ideas are different from yours and please don't cut it in the future.
