The shake down of the cigarette companies was started during the Clinton administration. Cigarette companies were not contributing to the Clinton Administration, so they found someone inside the company to work with them to bring the cigarette companies down, the cigarette companies would never have been attacked if they would have contributed money to the Clinton Administration. As for second hand smoke, there is no such thing, only the unborn child would get second hand smoke since everything the mother takes in the baby gets also. Other than that no such thing. The Democrat Politicians blew smoke up your *** with the propaganda knowing people would believe this lie! Also Jesse Jackson has done shake downs while Clinton was in the White House, one of the shake downs was Toyota, and many others Jesse Jackson has shaken down for MONEY!!

The FDA CAN outlaw it, they just choose not to. Tobacco lobby is pretty powerful, and smokers still vote for the FDA's bosses. So long as those two things are true, then smoking is here to stay.

You don't actually 'consume' smoke.

You inhale, and it exhale it.

You might absorb some nicotine (along with some other deadly chemicals).

WHY DO YOU WANT TO CONTROL WHAT PEOPLE DO WITH THEIR OWN BODIES. IT'S NON OF YOUR BUSINESS. IF A PERSON DECIDES TO SMOKE WHAT CONCERN IS IT OF YOURS? I DON'T SMOKE AND I DON'T CARE WHO DOES. THEY WILL BE DEAD BEFORE ME. IT'S A GAMBLE THEY TAKE. DON'T TALK TO ME ABOUT SECOND HAND SMOKE. MY MOTHER AND FATHER WERE BOTH SMOKERS AND THEY SMOKED REGULARLY IN MY HOUSE WHEN I WAS A KID. I'M 40 NOW AND FIT AS A FIDDLE. NO RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS NO LUNG AILMENTS NO CANCER NO NOTHING. STOP PICKING ON SMOKERS.
