I got her yesterday and she was playing a bit. But today she is lying in her house and doing nothing. I don't have a spinning wheel. I'm going to buy one today. She didn't eat anything yeasterday and today. Today I saw her drinking a little bit. Is she sick or homesick?

Give her a little time to get used to her new home. :) Also, she might be sleeping. They do that off and on during the day.
Also, be sure your wheel is the enclosed type so your gerbil won't injur herself by getting stuck in wheel spokes on the open kind.

In general, while you wait on her to get used to things, just check to be sure you are providing everything she needs, from foods to waters, temperature, and tank setup. Here are some good links to help you acclimate & care for your new pet.
