There's a book called "Writer's Market." It's in your local library. You can also buy it in any book store. It will tell you everything you need to know from how to submit work for publication, to how to get an agent, to how much publishers pay for various types of written work. This book is a treasure. No writer should be without it.

Take a look at Writers Markets published by Writers Digest once a year. It can be found at any good library.
