I bought my computer on 11/12/2003, it's a Pentium® 4 Processor at 3GHz w/800MHz front side bus/ HT Technology.

Without knowing the make and model of the motherboard, I'd guess that it does support USB 2.0.

Sometimes, only some of the USB ports are 2.0. So, try different ones.

Did you look in the Device Manager? It should be listed there.

In Device Manager under Universal Serial Bus Controllers, look for Enhanced USB Host Controller. Usually it will have 'Enhanced' in the verbage.

100% absolutely yes for the ports on the motherboard. 50/50 for the ports on the front of the case.

you probably have like win 2000 or XP on there, i'd say around like 98 or so you'd probably have 1.1
