I think anagrams (different names using the exact same letters) are a good way of naming twins if you want something similar or matching. That way they get their own individual name, but you've got that cute association.
Girls
You could try:
Sweet:
Adaline and Daniela
Adeline and Delanie
Allie and Leila/ Ally and Lyla
Alyce and Lacey
Amy and May/ Mya
Celia and Alice/ Lacie
Emelina and Melanie
Hallie and Leilah
Lorita and Tailor/ Loryta and Taylor
Olivette and Violette
Modern/unusual:
Akira and Kiara
Alanis and Salina
Ali and Lia/ Alina and Liana
Alysha and Shayla
Disney and Sidney
Ilene and Eleni
Kamila and Mikala
Marina and Armani
Samira and Marisa
Shyla and Ashly
Traditional/modern combo:
Anita and Tania/ Tiana
Anni and Nina
Ashley and Elysha
Dayna and Nadya
Deni and Enid
Elaine and Aileen
Isla and Lisa
Cute (older style):
Carmella and Marcella
Deeann and Nadene
Diana and Nadia
Diane and Andie
Dianne and Nadine
Elenor and Loreen
Ellyn and Nelly
Nena and Anne
Hope that helps! :)

I like the pairing of Dana and Delilah. I would advise you not to get into the cutesy matching theme name game, though. I think it's okay for pets, but on your own children it's tacky. I have a friend whose brothers and sister are Andy, Randy and Mandy. They hated it so much they go by Andrew, Randall, and Amanda nowadays.
Here are some of my fave girl names:
Hannah
Nicole
Kate/Katie
Stevie

I've always wanted to have twin girls (something I'll prolly never acheive) but if I did, I'd name one Fe Marie (Fe is Spanish for Faith) and the other Faith Lea (pronounced Lee).
Also, I like Janica and Janessah. What about something like Esperanza and Mercedes? I know they aren't similar in sound, but Esperanza means Hope and Mercedes means Mercy... that would be kinda cute! Anyways, I'm always thinking about baby names (can't wait til I can think of one for my own baby!), so if you would like more suggestions, just email me.
