Ive just read that chris benoit's doctor has lust been charged with improperly dispensing painkillers and other drugs.The drugs include Percocet,Xanax,Lorcet and Vicoprofen between april of 04 and sept of 05.The recipients was identified in the indictments by the initals O.G. and M.J. benoit's initals wasnt on listed.
The toxicoligy that was done benoit's body still hasn't been released so answers please on this give any on this new development on the benoit murder suicide investagation.

Hey BOB it is all over CNN and Yahoo.news actually its on Yahoos front page in the sports section. And there is NO PROOF that Benoit had drugs in his system until toxicoligy report comes back.

i just saw that story on local news. his doc. has given him the wrong drugs, yes; but the reason his initals were not listed is so that the privacy of the benoits is not violated. (that or the family didn't want him on that list)

Hmmm how could a Dr. be charged with perscribing medications unless they were way to many or if he didn't have a license to perscribe meds it may be but its gonna allways be a thorn no matter what.
