I was wondering what you think about Andre Ehtier. What are his strengths and weaknesses? Is he a good outfielder? To me he seems like a pretty average player but I wanted to know what you think. Thanks!

I think he a pretty good player, but he is getting cheated out of playing time because of Matt Kemp. I agree that he most likely will never have super star status, but I do see him as evolving into an important piece of the Dodger puzzle. Last season he got more playing time so his swing was better, now all I ever see him do is ground out, with the occasional hit. But over all I like him as a member of the Dodgers.
And it helps that he is cute, too!

Ehtier is a big left hand hitting outfielder for the Dodgers that played at Arizona State. He played well last year 308-11-55 and is having a decent year this year 275-6-30. I believe your assessment is about right in as much that he will never be a super star. The Dodgers are hanging their future on Russell Martin, catcher and James Loney, first base right now and Ethier is taking a back seat to them.

Right now Andre is average at best. But just like Loney,Martin,Abreu, etc I think he will eventually evolve into a pretty good player. He's pretty quick but I don't think he will steal a lot of bases.

i do no longer comprehend. possibly he's resting him for October? it is incredibly uncommon to work out that take place for place gamers, yet days off with a particularly risk-free lead won't be in a position to injury lots. it may be incredibly undesirable to work out a youthful action picture star like Ethier get continual A-Rod Syndrome. Joe Torre's no longer stupid. He is familiar with what he's doing. To the guy under me: That is clever then.

he's a good player but gets erratic playing time and that affects his swing.
