It is $500 for the 4gb and $600 for the 8gb.
You will have to have service through ATT/Cingular to use their features.
Depending on what you want out of your phone and what you are use to depends on whether or not you would like it. It is very PRETTY and the IT item to have but if you want a full keyboard for faster typing don't get the iPhone. Keyboard isn't the quickest.
If you are not business oriented I recommend the Sidekick 3. I have one and upgraded from the Sidekick 2. It is amazing and does it all. Plus, at colorwarepc.com they can paint it to be any color. Mine is pink and quite the head turner. T-mobile is who carries this phone.

It costs $499 for the 4GB one and $599 for the 8GB one. But you also have to get a 2-year service with the phone. You cannot buy the phone alone, and the cheapest service is like $59.99 a month for 450 minutes.

About 500-600 depending about 2% of people are having trouble with activating it and i wouldnt buy it right away if theyare having trouble with it also u its not justfor somebody who wants to play and listent to music on it u can get the chocolate 4 that dont waste money on it when there is somthing more cheaper with what u want on it.

***AT&T has been having issues with the iPhones, but have been sorting it out. They're a super-cool phone, but not for just the every-day person. You have to be good with computers and use for more than just play. If you do, you can get one for $500.00 or $600.00 depending on memory. Hope this helps. : ) ***

I want an iPhone also. The only problem is, if you live in Canada (like I do) you need to buy it in the USA and see if any local carriers will hook it up.
