Puberty at 11 is really normal these days! Maybe because of the development of the society, including the movies, the music videos, puberty comes to us at an earlier age than our mamas. And you have all the signs: public hair, growth of body, and of course the change in your emotion as well. It's natural, but you should start eating more nutritious things, getting excercise (to get taller and a perfect body). 'cause after puberty, you cannot grow anymore.

I started going through puberty around your age. Talk to a parent or a trusted female adult about these changes you are having. Tell them that you have started going through puberty, and there are some things that you need to live comfortably. For instance, if your underarm hair or leg hair is growing darker, you might want to ask for a razor to shave with! If you think you constantly smell bad, ask for some deodorant, like "teen spirit". It also sounds like your breasts are starting to develop, so ask as well for a training bra, or at the very least, a cami to wear underneith your shirts.
Growing up is fun, but it also can be difficult! Dont worry about asking your mom or a trusted female adult, it really isnt embarrising when you are giving information!
Just remember that EVERY woman and EVERY girl has to go through what you are! Good luck!

hi, you're actually not finished with puberty yet... i substitute into perfect approximately your hight and weight in midsection college (im in severe college) because you have had discharge for a pair of 365 days i might say which you will possibly desire to fill up on pads and practice, it would desire to no longer come for a million/2 a 365 days greater, yet be waiting. desire i helped. by the way talk on your mom approximately those products, you will get it around while she did.

Nicky,i suspect this is puberty. It's not all bad though,i know it's a hard time for you and you're in a transitional stage between girl and young lady, but you'll get through it.
Hang in there and if you smell bad you should use a deodorant. Some smell really nice!
As for boys though, plenty time babe ;)
Good luck!
