I am going to be a freshman and i want to be popular.........?

i am 5 6 1/2 dirty blonde curly hair........should i straighten it wear hollister wear make up...any ideas on how i should dress?

Looks aren't everything hun but i would probably straighten your hair and wear things you like and are comfortable in, don't wear a brand or trend just because everyone else is. If you wear makeup don't over do it, i would only wear a base (foundation) and then a little eyeliner and mascara.

Don't worry about being popular! All that matters is that you make some really good friends. Popular kids might seem like they have "the life" but really it isn't always as good as it seems. IThey also get whatched by everyone, and get pressured into doing stuff. Plus they get gossiped about alot. I'm going to High school too and i will also be a freshman. Just focus on making some new friends, getting good grades, being nice to everyone and BE CONFIDENT!
Dress how you want. Hollister sounds good. Just don't over do the make-up. Sick with tinted moisterizer, mascara, lip gloss and some blush.

Coming from a senior in high school, please do not dress for other people. Dress for yourself. Trying to impress other people will not make you happy in the long run. Get into some clubs, make new friends and be open to new things, and you will become popular through being yourself. Straightening your hair and wearing hollister will just make people think you are fake.

it doesnt matter what u wear , where what makes u feel comfertable

u will have a lot of compitition so be active in your school join a sport or mabey join concil

u will get recognized a lot because u stick out from everyother girl trying to be popular
and if u get active in your school it looks good on your college apts.

well if you want to be popular. you must wear nice new clothes , try to wear clothes that would fit to your colour complexion. go to better hair dresser and try to know her opinion if a straighten hair would fit in to your new look ,also try asking members of your family or either your friends for a better idea. Make up should also be fitted to your complexion. some jewelleries can also be good to use with anew hair cut and style.

Please just dont overdress or straighten your hair so much it looks so stiff or cake the on the make up. Just wear simple,fashionable things, and talk to alot of people(and be nice!) . also try not to wear the same stuff twice the same week and change your hairstyle every so often.

Well personaly i dont think that you should do that because ppl shouldnt care what you look like on the out side!!!! It is about what is on the inside!!!!! @ 5' 61/2" i would go with mascara, lip gloss, nothing else, then a low cut t shirt under a plunging t shirt and some faded jeans and a peek a boo low heel shoe. You'd be just plain gorgeous
