Probably, Bush already gets blamed for everything. Besides, just like 9/11, 8 months in is not much time to do anything. Both sides made mistakes in lead up to the attacks. and let's be honest, we are not going to be able to stop all attacks all the time, we love to play the blame game, how about blaming the terrorists, rather than it alway's being America's fault.

Apples and Oranges, pointing out that Clinton did nothing and the terrorists had been in the US for years training for 9/11 somehow offends your liberal sensabilities. There are much tighter security measures in place now, Homeland Security, being the main one , along with a heightened awareness of the threat. You can play the blame game all you want, but it doesn't change history. But the Clintons are experts at revisionist history, so maybe they can cover most of it up. Whatever Sandy Berger didn't steal and destroy for them , anyway.

That is not a cognitive rationalization. Bush is actually trying to do something to stop terrorism. I would still blame the terrorists for their actions and if Bush was doing nothing about it like Clinton, I would blame him for not making an effort to deter it.

I personally blame the terrorist for 911. I also know that they will try it again if we ever let our guard down. We had numerous terror attacks not only in this country but all around the world before this administration and I think we are doing the right thing. Now if you get in our way you will be responsible so I recommend you stay out of the way of their work.

Actually, we don't blame Clinton. We blame the terrorists and have sent our military to kill terrorists.
But I guess you think thats a bad idea?

I blame all the idiots in Washington.
They're too busy pandering for money and votes to care about America....
Seriously - what has this "great" new Congress done, now that the Dems are in power? Jack squat. About as much as the GOP controlled Congress got done....
We have too many of them campaigning for the 2008 election (more than a YEAR away) than working for the American people.
