IS there enough market in South Florida to start a business as a small business start up consultant?

There are lots of people wanting to start a new business but many of them don't know what they want to do or they don't know how to do it!
I want to help these people to identify their passion and to start their business
What about the same work but for hispanic?

Possibly. But, be aware that the government offers this as a free service (SBA). It's hard to compete with that.
