I need a song for the hip hop next year for young girls. I want a song that would be fun but appropriate for them to dance to, and a song that they might know as well as the majority of the audience. Thank you

How about "Lip Gloss" by Lil Mama....I think that would work great, and it's apprpriate. Also, all little girls love lip gloss so maybe you could take that into consideration. Good luck on finding a song!!!

How about the SugarHill Gangs' Rapper Delight? Thats a really good song for the 7-9 year olds to dance to and most if not all the audience have heard it and probably know it already.

I'mma Shine by YoungBloodz. It is a song from Step Up so many people should know it. It has no curse words and has the best beat ever. A class at my studio did it and they were janitors and it was really cool.

i work in promotions and we have to keep an entirely clean playlist. we like to throw on daft punk or gorrilaz they have alot of hip hop style beats in thyre songs without too many questionable lyrics questionable or otherwise. i also like the crystal methods new song galvanise.

try the cheetah girls soundtrack or anyother disney movie soundtrack. you should also check out christian hiphop. its actually really good! totally appropriate, sends a good message, has a great beat and is perfect to dance to! as long as you steer clear of anything sexy, i'm sure the girls will have lots of fun and look great! good luck :)
