Is it because of fear of being targeted by terrorist groups? Or is it something else?

I have seen some Muslims speak out publicly, but not as many as I'd like to see speak out.

They fear being ostracised by other Muslims.

They fear being considered apostates (one who abandons) to the faith.

I am sure many also fear being targeted by lsamic radicals.

probable in very Muslim based international locations like Iraq, Iran, and so on. particularly some ppl could be scared to sentence it sort worry of retaliation. yet yet another subject is, the only way you are able to see them talk out against it substitute into if there substitute into some sort of information insurance on it, and CNN etc are not purely going around banging down muslims doors asking their opinion on terrorism. it may be such as you or me--an wide-unfold individual, attempting to call up the ny cases or some thing and say "I condemn terrorism". How are they actually going to make a great tale out of that? Why could they even have an interest? yet i think of which you're top, it may be severe high quality to work out greater human beings coming forward, like promient muslims, and speaking out against terrorism etc. i think of it may be able to make an fairly vast impression on some human beings's way of thinking, the two terrorist and not alike.

Good question, this is the question more people need to ask. When terrorists blow up buildings or subways, how come organizations like CAIR dont come out and denounce it. How come CAIR calls terrorist freedom fighters? Did you know a few years back a organization in Washington tried to organize a million Muslim march on DC to show support for the US? Know how many people showed up ....60 mostly Christians! But those of us who ask questions, who demand action, are seen as crazy's.

never heard of an ordinary muslim. people such as muslims, cubans, islams etc. all profess a great love for their native land, but you dont see any lined up at planes or ships to go back. the U.S. has too many free gifts to be worried about terrorists.

Its because extremists want the same thing all muslims do - to convert or kill every non muslim in the world. Why would they speak out against something they believe in?
