MY DEFINITION OF A CIRCLE IS A ROUND STRAIGHT LINE WITH A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE JOINED UP SO YOU CAN'T SEE WHERE IT BEGIN
Move each letter one earlier in the alphabet
As for how I worked it out.
Almost every time there is an apostrophe in a word the next letter is an S or T.
So DBO'U is either xxx'S or xxx'T
And as there are several B's as single words the T fits in with switching one letter down the alphabet.

"My definition of a circle is a round straight line with a hole in the middle so y'ou [sic] can't see where it begin [sic]"
Found it by figuring that ...
B = A (letter occuring by itself, did not seem to be in the right place in the sentence to be I)
U = T (occurring after an apostrophe)
UIF = THE (figured I would see how that worked)
At that point, I saw the pattern of just shifting one letter ahead in the alphabet to make the code. BOE UIFO JU XBT FBTZ.

MY DEFINITION OF A CIRCLE IS A ROUND STRAIGHT LINE WITH A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE JOINED SO YOU CAN'T SEE WHERE IT BEGIN.- Each letter stands for the letter before it: B=A, C=B, etc.
