In my opinion, if either tattoos or piercings are well placed, they can be pretty dang sexy. I am not a fan of piercings other than ears, and even then some people go too far. Some tattoos are fine and carry meaning for people and can be sexy in that respect, but no sleeves for me.

D. Some piercing is occasionally nice (ears, belly button). Most tattoos are nominal... the right one(s) might be nice, but definitely not needed.

D. Piercings and tattoos are stupid unless they are piercings on a women's ears or a tattoo that no-one can see that means a lot to you.

B- tattoo's. If it's tasteful, a tattoo can be very sexy. If it's a faded Rebel flag on your grandma's swinging tricep, no way!
