Probably from ingrown hairs as a result of shaving. You can try something from Bliss that helps with bumps and ingrowns, but try to exfoliate and put something in the area after shaving.

Could be from shaving, or it could be that you are sensitive to the elastic in your underwear, or maybe wearing underwear a little too snug. Try sleeping commando at night (without undies), or wearing looser underwear during the day and see if that helps any. All I can say for sure is that lacking other symptoms, it is not a yeast infection.
Try to pinpoint when it started, and what other event coincided with that time. Did it begin when you began shaving? Or when the weather started warming up? Or maybe you bought a new brand or style of underwear? If you can pinpoint the coinciding event, you'll most likely have your cause. In the meantime you can use a cortisone ointment for relief, and maybe you'll want to re-think your personal grooming? I don't completely shave down there for that very reason, I just use a trimmer and trim most of the hair really short. I find that hygienic enough. If you must remove the hair due to the way your swimsuit fits or whatever, try a Nair-type depillatory product, or waxing.
If nothing helps, it could be a bacterial infection, or skin disorder, and you should see a doctor asap for a diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!

It's not a yeast infection if the itching is not in the vagina. Yeast infections usually involve burning and itching in the vagina, which isn't what you are describing. If this is a continuous thing for you, it might be related to a product you are using. Because this area has a lot of friction, it may be more likely to become irritated. Try switching soaps or creams that you use for shaving your bikini line. Also, be sure to use a good razor. Too dull, especially in this area, is not good!
One other option - your skin may be really dry in this area. Try lotions once or twice per day. If any of these things don't work, see your dermatologist!

I doubt its a yeast infection. You'd know if it was because your "area" would be really itchy & you'd have a discharge of some sort, usually like whitish in color. It may or may not smell funny but 9 times out of 10, it will. If its itching in the area you're describing, its probably your hair growing back from shaving.

It doesn't quite sound like shaving or a yeast infection in that area... is it possible you have dry skin?
Try a body moisturizer for sensitive skin, or baby powder and see if that helps.

It probably from shaving. Your skin is irritated. You can try using body lotion. You might even have a slight sensitivity to your laundry detergant. Maybe try switiching brands to see it thats what is causing it.

it's because you shave, it usually comes a day after you shave, right? it's because those little stubbly hairs (little buggers) are growing in and when you walk they rub against your skin... i would say wax, or nair that hair around there.. as long as you don't put it near the vag opening.
