I don't think it does. I think us straight people have done enough to hurt the American family all on our own.

It hurts to find a child's lifeless body in their bedroom after being rejected by their parents.

It hurts when children have to lie and say that their mom/dad has a "special friend" or "roomate".

And it hurts when people think that if they vilify something, it will go away.

If only there were a tolerance pill we could give out instead...
