I take it you mean the last person you would want to hit with a pitch, not simply pitch against as others seem to have thought.
Hafner is a pretty good choice, cause he's a freak of nature. I'd have to go out on a limb and say I'd hate to hit Carlos Zambrano more than anyone. Zambrano is completely crazy (crazier than Hafner) and he'll either charge the mound and face off with you right there, or he'll hit you on your next at-bat. Or maybe he'll sneak in the clubhouse after the game and start a fight there. The guy's completely nuts, there's no telling what he'll do.

Were I a Major League pitcher the last guy I would want to hit with a pitched ball would be any pitcher in the National League with the lowest batting average. That would be just plain stupid.

Alber Pujols. If you hit Albert, be guarunteed one of the guys in your lineup is going to take the fall. Tony Larussa is old school and he plays by the motto of an eye for an eye. I doubt he would even have to tell his pitcher to retaliate. Then the blame will be on you for getting one of your teammates dusted.

Hit, as in hit with a pitch?
In that case, if we can go back about 12 years, Albert Belle. Not only was he a monster at the plate, the guy was huge, and a f--king maniac to boot.

I think the question is who is the most physically intimidating player, who is the last guy you want charging the mound on you. I would say Carlos Zambrano, did you see what he did to his own teammate? Think what he would do to an opposing player who just plunked him.

I would have to say someone nuts like Man-Ram...you know that if you plug him he is coming after you, when was the last time you saw some of the other "big" name guys like Bonds charge the mound? I would stay away from space cadets because they are more likely to take matters into their own hands!
